Everything you need to know about becoming a vendor and what you receive for your table fee is located here.

 

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY, SO THERE ARE NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS.

VENDOR TABLES

• $175 - Six (6) foot table and an approximate 10' x 6' area

• $200 - Eight (8) foot table and an approximate 12' x 6' area

                  Each table includes the following:

                           - Two (2) chairs

                           - One (1) table

                           - Admission for up to two (2) into the Ohio State Reformatory for both days. Vendor(s)

                              and/or assistant.         

  - DOES NOT INCLUDE ADMISSION TO VENDOR MINI GHOST HUNT, VIP                   

     KICKOFF PARTY, OR CELEBRITY GHOST HUNT. THOSE ARE EXTRA.

                           - DOES NOT INCLUDE TABLE COVER

                           - DOES NOT INCLUDE ELECTRIC WHICH IS EXTRA

                           

WEST CELL BLOCK/BULLPEN​​

• There are mostly 8' and only a few 6' tables available in this area.

• Everything mentioned above is included.

• Electric is available at a few table locations.

• This area is on the tour route, plus we have raffles that will bring more visitors to the various vendor tables. 

• IMPORTANT! Depending on the weather, the West Cell Block and Bullpen could get a little chilly, so be sure to dress accordingly. We will keep vendors updated on the temperature inside those areas in the weeks prior to the event.

EVENT HOURS

• Saturday May 16, 2026 - 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Sunday May 17, 2026 - 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

VENDOR SETUP

• Friday May 15, 2026 - 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

• Saturday May 16, 2026 - 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM

• ALL vendors must be set up prior to 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 16.

• PLEASE NOTE: Event is held on the 2nd floor of OSR in the Central Guard Room, East Diagonal and in the West Cell Block. There is an elevator in the mini-bullpen for access into the Central Guard Room and East Diagonal. The West Cell Block is on the ground floor with easy access.

PAYMENT

• Payment must be submitted after receiving your vendor agreement (not to be confused with your vendor application). TO RESERVE YOUR TABLE PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED AFTER YOU ARE INVOICED.

• How to pay will be included in your vendor agreement.

• We will not reserve any tables without payment.

CANCELLATIONS

We realize things happen and you may have to cancel, so we are offering this refund schedule.             

• Cancellations up to and including February 28, 2026 - FULL refund

• Cancellations on or after March 1, 2026 - NO REFUNDS

• Rooms are $125 plus tax per room per night.

• To reserve your room call the number and ask for the BS2026 Group Code for nights of May 15th - 16th.

• Reservations must be made before April 24th or the rate will go to $140 a night plus taxes.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The event will be held in the Central Guard Room, East Diagonal and the West Cell Block inside the Ohio State Reformatory.

• We will not have table covers available...you must supply your own.

• Reiki healers and massage therapists must submit certificates to the event organizers prior to the event and certificates must be displayed prominently on the vendor table during the event. 

• We reserve the right to censor any table.

• Vendor table locations are not guaranteed and may change up to the day of the event.  We reserve the right to move vendor locations to areas as seen fit, depending on type of vendor, electric, etc. 

• We ask that all vendors not pack up until the closing of the event on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 5:00 PM, unless prior arrangements are made with the event organizers.

VENDOR MINI GHOST HUNT - FRIDAY, MAY 15, 2026​​​

• TIME: 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• WHERE: The Ohio State Reformatory

• WHAT: Come explore/investigate the dark hallways and cellblocks of the historic and haunted Ohio State Reformatory. This is NOT a guided tour. You will be free to roam the prison at your leisure.

• COST: TBD
